Bible School What is it? Who can go? Why should I go? What good is it going to do for me? All of these questions are great to ask yourself about SFG Bible School. SFG stands for Slavic Full Gospel. In Bible School, you get great teachers that want to show you and explain to you how it’s going to be in the real world, when going on mission trips. Bible School is for all ages; classes are from 9 to 5 for two months in the summer and you will get fed three great meals a day. You get a chance to live with some of the world’s greatest loving families. You will learn how to play a big role in your church by going through how to preach, teach a Sunday school class, lead a church choir, how to put a church program together, how church meetings are run and a lot more. The students in the school are from all over the country, with so many different backgrounds and you get to understand them in three different languages; Russian, Ukrainian and English. Classes are in those languages but not at the same time. You will become a close family with each other from being involved in different projects, activities and games, that you get to play that goes by the Bible. You will be able to go and protest against gays, abortion, and you will not believe how many car washes you will do while being in Bible School to arise money for your bus trip that you will take the last week of Bible School. (After you learn how to preach, teach Sunday school, and sing the right way.) Then you get to go and participate in different churches all over the country. The teachers you get are willing to teach you what you came here to learn, and their lessons are so interesting that you will never want to fall asleep. You will get to meet former SFG students which are going to be role models. They will help you in any way they can to make Bible School more fun for you. One of the most important things that you will never forget from Bible School is that “the Bible is your sword” and weapon. That will help you fight any battles that come your way. Bible School will make sure you get a tough skin before you graduate, which will help you when you are ready to go on a mission trip or speak about the Word of God.
